What you find at the spa
Six massages, done well: relaxation with warm oil and long flowing strokes, deep tissue for knots and tight shoulders, Thai massage with stretching and acupressure in loose clothing, our Best Combination that mixes all three, couples massage with two therapists side by side, and four hands massage with two therapists on one person. Every session is 60, 90 or 120 minutes and the pressure is adjusted to you.
The rooms are quiet, the lighting is soft and the linens are fresh for every guest. The spa price list is our lowest, relaxation from $40 / ₡20,000 for 60 minutes, and you pay at the end, in cash (dollars or colones), SINPE Móvil, BAC transfer, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.
Who comes to our spa in Alajuela
- Residents of Alajuela and Río Segundo: a regular massage without driving into San José
- Expats in Alajuela, Heredia and Belén: service in English and Spanish, booking by WhatsApp

Getting here from Alajuela centro and beyond
Plaza Río Segundo is next to Escuela David, in Río Segundo, on the airport side of Alajuela. From Alajuela centro it is a few minutes by car, taxi or Uber, and Heredia, Belén and Cariari are a short drive as well. Put "Plaza Río Segundo" in the app, or ask us for a location pin on WhatsApp.
We are open every day 9 AM – 11 PM, weekends included, so an evening massage after work or a weekend visit fits easily. The spa stays open until 1 AM with a late-hour fee for sessions starting at 11 PM (+$20), midnight (+$30) or 1 AM (+$40); for mobile massage the late-hour fee is double.
